Itinerary: At the agreed-upon time, our guide will arrive to begin the tour. Ideally, we should start between 3 and 5 am, as the trip will last approximately 4 hours, and the hike will be about 45 minutes. The hiking time may vary depending on each person’s physical condition. Upon reaching the mountain, you can enjoy a beautiful landscape and a stunning view of a lagoon from the summit. Pallay Punchu Mountain means “adorned poncho” or “decorated poncho,” because its sharp slopes display brightly colored stripes that resemble a traditional Andean textile.
